IMPORTANT NOTE:
Workshop facilitators are responsible for the safety of their guests. Personal liability insurance is recommended as Studio Biku cannot be held responsible for loss of equipment/ theft/ injury/ damage or other.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Once the full payment is made, there are no refunds. If you cancel your workshop it is possible to reschedule once only. Cancellations should be made in writing to victoria@bikudesigns.com
GUEST CONDUCT
Please note that the building is a mix of residential and commercial properties: You are responsible for managing the behaviour of your guests, including noise levels. No loud music or loud tools. The studio space, balcony and building grounds are non-smoking/ vaping.
PRIVATE SHOPPING
The middle area of the studio is set up as a shopping space. You and your guests are invited to browse and purchase at the end of your workshop session if you like.
