Please note, the workshop may continue for 30 minutes or more depending on how the dye is setting.
In the workshop, we will extract colour from onion skins to create a hot dye bath. The preparation process of your textiles will be done for you before the workshop. During the workshop you will learn how to prepare textiles for dyeing and create a shibori design on your own textile.
- Use of all tools/ materials- no need to bring anything.
- 1 silk scarf length and 1 small tote bag included
- Relaxing tatami studio space
- Refreshments included (tea or coffee)
