Hello, I'm so glad you're here!

I'm Victoria, the founder of Bikudesigns, a vintage kimono and silver jewellery brand based in Tokyo, Japan. I've been running a creative business on and off since I was a teen and in 2015 I turned my business into my full-time job.

I'm the founder of Overseas Makers Guild, a free Facebook community to support handmade business owners operating overseas, as well as Tokyo Instamingle, an IRL meet-up group for Japan-based Instagrammers. I'm also the co-founder of Ginkgo and Fern, a practical small business online education service and community.

My mission is to support you as you learn the skills to show up confidently in your handmade business as your authentic self to build a heart-felt, customer-centred brand.
