When Time Out Tokyo came to visit my studio for a photo shoot and interview, I really had to pinch myself. Was this really happening? A few months later (as I saw the publication on shelves around Tokyo) the reality hit. They were so kind to give me a whole page to myself!

FEW Japan Member Spotlight
In 2016 I started to attend FEW (For Empowering Women) events. I was so excited to meet so many fantastic people at these meetings that I became a full member of FEW 2017-18, also attending the Women's Start-up Club (WSC).
In 2018-19 I worked with the WSC team as Co-Director.

Towards Zero-waste in Tokyo- The Tokyo Chapter Blog
This year I made the decision to offer plastic-free packaging. If you see bubble-wrap in your parcel, you can guarantee that it is recycled, perhaps a few times over. All jewellery is wrapped in a sheet of tissue paper, packaged in small paper bags or paper boxes lined with tissue. If you would like a recycled magazine envelope please request this at checkout. At in-person events, I'm happy to hand your jewellery over to you to wear or put in your own bag. And I will ask you if you need one of my bags if you have bought a few items...and those bags are made of paper with paper handles.
Thank you to Jo at the Tokyo Chapter for recognising the small efforts I'm making to make my business greener.
