When will my items ship?

Orders ship on Tuesdays and Fridays.
1-2 weeks for custom orders.
Orders received on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday ship on Tuesday.
Orders received on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday ship on Friday.

How long will my order take to arrive?

REGULAR SCHEDULE
Within Japan: 1-4 days
International: 1- 4 weeks depending on country.
Custom orders take 1-2 weeks to complete.

What happens if I input the address incorrectly on my order?

Please type carefully in the shipping field as address labels are printed directly from your order.
If there is a mistake in the address you entered, please contact me as soon as possible before your parcel ships.
If the parcel has already shipped, changes to addresses cannot be made.

If the parcel is returned to Biku HQ due to customer error, you will be charged an extra shipping fee for reshipping to the correct address.
If the parcel does not arrive due to an incorrect address nor is returned to Biku HQ, it will be deemed lost and there will be no refund made.
