¥200 flat rate shipping within Japan. FREE SHIPPING over ¥10,000 within Japan.
¥700 flat rate international shipping.
There are occasional FREE SHIPPING offers for mailing list subscribers and VIP Club members.

Worldwide shipping has been disrupted.
Parcels will be shipped twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays to reduce Post Office visits and comply with social distancing rules in Japan.
Orders received on Friday, Saturday, Sunday or Monday ship on Tuesday.
Orders received on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday ship on Friday.

What happens if I input the address incorrectly on my order?
Please type carefully in the shipping field as address labels are printed directly from your order.
If there is a mistake in the address you entered, please contact Victoria as soon as possible before your parcel ships.
If the parcel has already shipped, changes to addresses cannot be made.
If the parcel is returned to Biku HQ due to customer error, you will be charged an extra shipping fee for reshipping to the correct address.
If the parcel does not arrive due to an incorrect address nor is returned to Biku HQ, it will be deemed lost and there will be no refund made.
