14:00-16:30 Workshop
16:30-17:30 Clean up/ packing/ Handover
TERMS OF USE POLICY
Workshop facilitators are responsible for the safety of their guests. Personal liability insurance is recommended as Studio Biku cannot be held responsible for loss of equipment/ theft/ injury/ damage or other.
Naked flames or strong-smelling substances may not be used in the space.
CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Things don't go to plan, so I allow cancellations but please read the terms below.
More than 14 days
Full refund or an opportunity to book another slot (one time only, within one month of your original workshop date)
14 days before
50% refund or an opportunity to book another slot (one time only, within one month of your original workshop date)
7 days before
25% refund or an opportunity to book another slot (one time only, within one month of your original workshop date)
3 days or less
No refund. No rebooking is possible.
Continued cancellations of your workshops will result in workshop facilitators being unable to book future slots.

GUEST CONDUCT
The building is a mix of residential and commercial properties.
You are responsible for managing the behaviour of your guests, including noise levels.
No loud music or loud tools.
The studio space, balcony and building grounds are non-smoking/ vaping.
PRIVATE SHOPPING
The middle area of the studio is set up as a shopping space. You and your guests are invited to browse and purchase at the end of your workshop session if you would like.
